Registration fee includes accommodation at Hotel Zur Post, admission to the lectures, Certificates of attendance, breaks, lunch, dinner and participation in social program.

All participants are kindly ask to fill in the registration form and send it back to sekretariat@iap-bonn.de

After registration a written confirmation including terms of payment and accommodation will be sent to all registrants.

Cancellation

Cancellation is accepted until July 16, 2018. No refund is allowed for cancellations received after these dates.

Accommodation

Rooms at hotel Zur Post have been reserved for participants from August 16 – 18, 2018 as shown in the registration form.
A bus transfer from the hotel to the venue is organised in the morning and evening. The hotel is located 1,5 km (15 – 20 min. walking time) to the venue.

Bursaries

The German and British Divisions of the IAP and the Vladimir Totović – Foundation provides 3 bursaries to support the attendance of residents and trainees in pathology. These includes a free registration and taking charge of travel expenses. Please send, as appropriate, your CV and application to Martina Schmidt, German Division of the IAP explaining, why the bursary is needed.

 

To apply for bursaries the following items are necessary:

 

  • IAP Membership
  • Submission of a CV and a supporting letter
  • A mandatory case presentation
  • Submission of an abstract of the case to be presented
  • Proof of trainee status
  • Presentation of the final report not later than 3 months after the meeting
  • Receipts about travel expenses (receipts mandatory)

Travelling to Bonn

From the Airport Cologne / Bonn
The airport Cologne / Bonn has direct train access. Take the Regionalexpress in direction Koblenz (Track 4 D-F) to the Station Bonn-Oberkassel.

From the Airport Frankfurt:
Take the fast train (ICE) in directon to train station Siegburg. Take the tramline No. 66 (Ramersdorf) to Station „Konrad-Adenauer-Platz“. Swith over to tramline 62 (Oberkassel Süd) to Station Ramersdorf. From there it’s just 10 minutes‘ walk to the hotel.

From Siegburg Train Station it’s about 15 minutes driving time to the hotel.
