After registration, the office will send a confirmation via e-mail. Please note that registration is not complete until the conference fees have been paid.

For registration with accommodation, the organizers will reserve you a single room at Mama Shelter for 2 nights from July 3 (Arrival) to July 5, 2025 (Departure) and will settle the costs for accommodation directly with the hotel. Requests for additional accommodation should be addressed directly to the Hotel on own expenses.

An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event.

Cancellation is accepted until May 2^nd, 2025 minus a service charge of € 40. No refund will be given after these dates.

The German Division of the IAP and the Vladimir Totović – Foundation provides 5 bursaries to support residents and trainees in pathology from underserved countries.
6 additional bursaries will be provided for participants from Ukraine.This includes free registration, 2 nights’ accommodation at Mama Shelter (July 03 – 05, 2025) and travel grants.

Please upload the documents required for the Bursary Application during the registration process.  To apply for bursaries the following items are necessary.

• Submission of a CV and a supporting letter
• A mandatory case presentation on site
• Submission of an abstract of the case to be presented
• Proof of trainee status
• Presentation of the final report not later than 1 month after the meeting

Only complete applications can be considered.
